ROME and CAMPANIA

1 st DAY :  ARRIVAL AT ROME

After your flight has landed in Fiumicno airport, we will provide you with a private transfer to your hotel in Rome. Accomodation at 3/4 stars hotel. Dinner in a typical restaurant.

  2nd DAY  :  ROME CITY TOUR 

Breakfast and overnight at the hotel. In the morning city sightseeing with private bus and english speaking guide. The tour will show some of the most beautiful monuments in Rome, including the Trevi fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona. Chance to admire Castel Sant'Angelo from outside and visit the St. Peter Basilica. Afternoon at disposal.

3rd DAY : MONUMENTS OF ANCIENT ROMA

Breakfast and overnight at the hotel. Dinner in a typical restaurant. After breakfast you will have the chance to enjoy the splendour of the classic roman Empire. An English speaking guide will lead you to the square of the Capitol, seat of the Roman forum. The tour will continue towards the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus, the Aventine Hill and Pyramid of Caius Cestius, ending up with the visit of the Basilica of St. Paul outside the walls. Afternoon at disposal.

4 th DAY :   ROMA

Breakfast and overnight at the hotel .

Whole day at your disposal to continue the visit of the city on your own to do some shopping and to taste the unique Roman atmosphere. You just have to choose between the Vatican Museum and Galleries, Roman churches and Basilicas, the typical area of Trastevere, one pf the tens of different museums, and so on.

5 th DAY :  ROMA - POMPEI - SORRENTO  ( Km 260 )

Breakfast at the hotel. Lunch en route in a typical restaurant. Dinner at the hotel .

After breakfast depature by private bus to Pompei. An English speaking guide will lead you to visit the excavation of this world-famous-Roman town, destroyed by the eruption of the Vesuvio volcanoin 79 A.D. In the aftenoon the bus continue to Sorrento. Accommodation at 3/4 stars hotel: The rest of the day will be at your disposal . Overnight .   

6 th DAY  :  SORRENTO 

Breakfast, dinner and overnight at the hotel .

Full day at your disposal to have some rest, or to visit Positano, Amalfi and Ravello .

7 th DAY : CAPRI    Full day excursion

Breakfast, dinner and overnight at the hotel . Lunch in a typical restaurant  .

After breakfast a regular boat will transfer you to the island of Capri . On arrival enjoy a visit of the marvelous Blue Grotto  by rowing boat, weather permitting. Then the tour proceedes to the village of Anacapri, where lunch will be served in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon, time at disposal to have a walk in the characteristic town, before going back to Sorrento.  

8 th DAY : SORRENTO - ROMA   Fiumicino airport ( Km 260 )

Breakfasts at the hotel. Return journey to Rome-Fiumicino airport and flight back to your destination .
